Billing and cancellation
The checkout terms control the purchase.
Review the amount, interval, and any campaign terms shown before submitting payment.
- Renewal
- The subscription renews at the interval and price displayed at checkout until it is canceled.
- Cancellation
- Request cancellation from the subscription area before the next renewal. Accepted cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the current paid period.
- Completed charges
- Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed charge unless the purchase screen says otherwise or applicable law requires it.
- Mailing orders
- Once an approved mailing enters printing or carrier processing, changing or canceling it may no longer be possible.

Before paying DearBureau—or anyone
You can dispute inaccurate or incomplete information yourself for free.
DearBureau charges for an optional software workspace and, when ordered, mailing fulfillment. It does not sell a special right, a guaranteed removal, or access to a process that consumers cannot use on their own.
